1 Corinthians 9:19-23 NIV

Paul’s Use of His Freedom

19 Though I am free and belong to no one, I have made myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible. 20 To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. 21 To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law. 22 To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some. 23 I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.

Daniel 12 New International Version (NIV)
The End Times

12 “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wisea] will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”

1Cor 9_19-23 Dan 12_1-4

Welcome to the 21st Century world. We are 18 years on and 82 more years to expire. What would our Churches, Missions and Charities be if we continue the way we do ministry today? How would evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, worship, fundraising and mission work turn out? Are we ready to take on the world that is becoming rapid paced virtual and viral?

In discussing and engaging with churches, Student Fellowships and Mission organizations like Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS) with over 7 million youth members, Student Christian Movement (SCM) with over 10 million, ECWA with over 10 million, Capro Ministries and a host of our other partners in Germany and the USA, it has become apparent that something drastic has got to happen as our youth get into the mainstream. Some ministries are already taking the bull by the horn.

In engaging, we have got to be flexible to reach them where they are. We have got to adopt technology in the ways we do things today. We have got to be mobile connected, mobile in fellowship, mobile in discipleship, mobile in giving, mobile in fundraising and mobile informed while complementing with face to face meetings as we do today.

One of the ways we can be more effective is for us to be 21st Century ICT compliant to take on the next 82 years and beyond if the Lord tarries. You can visit website powered by Montech Technologies where we are helping Churches, Missions and Charity organization get 21st Century ICT compliant VIA SELF FUNDED SOLUTION and using mobile solutions to effectively engage partners, donors and fund-raise against budget constraints and streamline collection and reporting processes. Fill out the form to begin the process

The Gospel always remains the same, but the world we are living in is changing constantly and at rapid pace. How does the Church, Mission and Charity Organization reposition for effective delivery? Not only the world is changing, but also the people who are sent out as missionaries and the peoples of the world. Therefore many traditional ideas about mission – including some prejudices – are no longer valid. World mission has to be thought through anew.

Let us look at the 12 shifts that have taken place, how Churches, Missions and Charity organization are leveraging on these shifts, learn from them and apply so we don’t get left behind in reaching the lost for Christ and winning them over as we project into the future.

Dear God, I Have Unanswered Questions. Are You There?

Discover Bible Study Scripture: Habakkuk 1:1-17 NLT

Supporting scripture Isaiah 45:11,12

Attached in pdf Arabic , Chinese and French

Habakkuk 1:1-17 This is the message that the prophet Habakkuk received in a vision.

Habakkuk’s Complaint

How long, O Lord, must I call for help?
    But you do not listen!
“Violence is everywhere!” I cry,
but you do not come to save.
Must I forever see these evil deeds?
Why must I watch all this misery?
Wherever I look,
    I see destruction and violence.
I am surrounded by people
who love to argue and fight.
The law has become paralyzed,
and there is no justice in the courts.
The wicked far outnumber the righteous,
so that justice has become perverted. Gods Reply…..verse 17

Introduction: Habakkuk’s world was much like ours – sin was considered normal, and even the leaders were dishonest. What’s more. God seemed not to care. Life sometimes seems unfair. At school, mean classmates are replaced by meaner classmates. At work, a difficult job is replaced by layoff notice. Selfish people get breaks, while honest people get hurt. But like Habakkuk, Christians know that God is in control. He wants us to trust Him. But how can we trust when we have so many unanswered questions? We need to learn to hear his voice from other voices. There are four voices in S that comes to us and one is His. The voice of Self, The Voice of the Situation we are in, the voice of the Surrounding circumstances and the voice of the Spirit of God. What we give attention to is what we hear. Key into His Spirit today in the quietness of the other 3S voices. God is always speaking like He did to Habakkuk and He will speak to us if we give attention to Him.

Purpose, Progress, Prosperity, Power and Posterity Of Unity In Diversity

Most of us struggle at one time or another with questions of meaning, purpose, progress, prosperity, power and posterity.  Why am I here? What is my purpose in life? How do i know i am prospering? Do i have soft power to overcome my challenges, where do i apply it, for how long and with whom? How can i find unity in diversity where i experience so much disunity where it shouldn’t be?  Our Discovery Bible Study from Ephesians 2:1-22 will help us put things in perspective. We find purpose in serving God by serving others. All our careers, roles, and vocations need to be pursued with a view to serving God in Unity with others. In finding unity in diversity, “Look at the last ten people we’ve called, liked, texted or whatsapped,”  “Now. How many of them look just like us? or are they people in our good books or of the same social/business circles”    You may discover that the proverb, “Birds of a feather flock together” rings true.  It is human nature to seek out people who share experiences and histories similar to our own.  Yet if we spend the vast majority of our time with similar people, we run the risk of seeing the world through a very narrow lens! We can find purpose, progress, prosperity, power and posterity when we deliberately go out of our world to reach out to others just like Jesus did by stepping out to the people outside His world to serve and draw them in. We must also step out of our church walls, mission organization walls and fellowship walls to find purpose. Apart from reaching out to the lost, we must find out what other believers in other assemblies are doing and see how we can fellowship, learn, rebuke (scriptural) and serve them with our gifting and talents as we experience freedom that Christ came to give us.

We are saved to serve!

INREACH – Engaging The Mysterious Aliens In Our Midst

INREACH – Engaging The Mysterious Aliens In Our Midst Content No. 12,250

Discovery  Bible Study (DBS) Scripture: 2 Peter 2:1-22

Europeans evangelized the world but today Europe has collapsed into secularism and apostasy. America and Africans are repeating the same old mistake of leaving doorways for the enemy to take charge of the inner circle. As we deploy people and resources for reaching the unreached and unengaged, we should as a matter of urgency refocus people and resources to reach those unreached and unengaged within the four walls of the church because there are COUNTLESS  wolves in sheep’s clothing ravishing these clueless aliens within the four walls of the church.

We can identify them by these five (5 ) critical and crucial questions. Try it and watch out for surprises from pulpit to pew while helping them to find true pasture:

1) Do you know Jesus?

2) Does Jesus know You?

3) When was the last time Jesus spoke to you and what did He say?

4) What is the salvation message ?

5) When was the last time you were so overjoyed and excited about Jesus and what He is doing in your life that you shared with someone and they gave their life to receive the same joy you are experiencing?

Talking about the pulpit from the DBS scripture above, Peter warned his readers against people who would try to discredit the truth of the scriptures. The chief error of these false teachers was in telling people what they wanted to hear. Peter urged God’s people: Don’t listen to them! These days, God’s standards for morality – sexual or otherwise – often come under attack for being out-of-date or too narrow. Like the false teachers of whom Peter wrote, people who think this way bring destruction on themselves . We break God’s laws to our own detriment. Our bodies are not made for sexual promiscuity. In giving us “strict rules,” God isn’t being “narrow-minded,” he’s being loving.
