*INTRODUCTION*
We are all called as ministers, burden bearers, ambassadors and kingdom agents representing Christ here on earth.
I can be a prophet in the five fold ministry call and still be the CEO of a company. I can be a janitor or chaffeur and in the five fold ministry call, be an apostle. I can be a homemaker and be an envangelist. A call, is a call, is a call. I can’t be a Christian and not be assigned a ministry call at conversion because we are ALL called to serve in one capacity or the other.
Let us excercise it wherever and whenever we are stirred up or find opportunity as led. *We can operate in more than one ministry calling depending on the assignment, but one of them is our core calling.*
We need to identify that one core, develop and equip the body of Christ to do likewise. *Developing it means putting it to use.* With every use, it gets better and better.
*Ephesians 4:11-13* (NKJV) And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
_*till we all come to the unity of the faith*_ and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;.

??♀??♂ *When i ask God to use me in His kingdom, He responds by taking away my earthbound burdens for His heavenly burdens. When i accept the burden, i become His agent like a policeman or policewoman, a recruit drafted into service with a heavenly authority to enforce heavenly kingdom will hear on earth.*
*Some people have asked, saying ” how come, since i got born again, i mean seriously born again, my problems have increased 10x or 20x (times over). Why is that?”*
The answer to this can be found in some of these scriptures:

_2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways._

_3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 5 For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ,so also our comfort abounds through Christ_

*For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt.*
_To be an effective agent of the kingdom, training and preparation for ministry is a key you cannot afford to go without. God is not a god of theory. God is a practical God. For relevance and to be able to bear burdens, we might need to go through what people we are meant to minister to go through as well. Our preparation through times of crisis is our preparation time for ministry and we need to take it all with all joy. God always grant abundant grace so that the burden can be easy for us to carry. Jesus is our perfect example. Jesus became an agent in our midst, went through all we were meant to go through ( perfectly God and perfectly human) and now He is interceding for us because He has gone through it and did not break rank.

_14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are yet he did not sin.16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need._
_If our Churches need to be revelant in the call over our lives, we will certainly go through things we never expected in our lives and circumstance so that we can be relevant to all to whom we are sent.
*A persecuted believers (disciples) will be relevant to another persecuted believer (disciples) elsewhere in the world who is not experiencing persecution in that instance but scheduled for the future._*
*A believer who has lost a spouse will be more effective in ministering to a widow or widower because this person understands the pain and loneliness associated with loose from experience and not head or book knowledge.*
If we continue in the place of prayer, ??♀??♂God will grant us grace and clarity as effective agents of transformation but before then, we need to stoop where others are stooping.
*Have you asked God to use you in your office, market, church the world out there and it seems He is not responding?*
??????????Take a pen or pencil or whatever and begin to write or record those burdens down. Ask Him for insight on the next step once you have clarified which is it.
*Some agency assignment could be to pray for something or someone.*
*Some agency assignment are temporary while some are long term.*
*some agency assignment will require that we experience what those to whom we are to be sent to go through for a season or for long term – discern what it is*
If we do nothing about our agency assignment, there is a tendency for frustration, anger, helplessness and hardness of heart to set in. ?
For the harvest is plentiful and the obedient labourers are very very few.
