Prayer is not natural to us. Our natural inclination is to depend on ourselves. Some of us have not learned how to pray. Others do not pray enough to be comfortable with it. Still others do not understand enough of God’s Word to pray biblically and get results. Whatever the case, we have no excuse not to pray. The Holy Spirit who lives within us can clarify, correct and change our prayers so that by the time it reaches God it is all sorted out.

Learning to pray is like learning a foreign language. The best way to learn it is to hang out in an environment where the language is spoken. So if you want to learn to pray, you must:

a) Take the time to do it

b) Spend time with those who know how to do it c) Allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you.”

In this book, in the 366 prayer points that the Holy Spirit has led me to put together, you will notice that each prayer point is linked to the bible passage that reflects the prayer from Genesis to Revelation. You must read the bible passage. If possible, the entire chapter before you pray the prayer for that day. The reason for that is to gain understanding and faith, which is a primary ingredient for answered prayers.

This prayer guide is just a guide and does not limit you from expanding the prayers to cover other areas and it is not a replacement for personal devotion. However, have you imagined the power of focus? Just focusing on one thing throughout the day talking to your creator about it?

So ask for help, not because you are weak, but because you want to remain strong for Him to do exploits through you and don’t stop asking until you receive from Him who owns the cattle upon a thousand hills what you want that is in line with His purpose for your life. Psalm 24v1-end
